HYPER REAL: Thys b2b Opium Hum, White Prata, SIM, Kaa Glo, mʊdʌki, Domizako

Hyper Real is back, bringing a cross-section of bass-heavy dance music styles to the holy halls of Fuchs2. For the late spring edition party curator and resident Opium Hum will be sharing the stage for a never-seen before b2b debut with Thys, unarguably one of electronic music’s most influential producers. After changing the landscape of drum and bass and neurofunk forever as one third of Noisia, Thys continues to show his underground sensitivities as much continuing to see mainstream success - this year alone he appeared on Skrillex’s landmark album and dropped collaborations with electro wunderkind Nikki Nair, on top of releasing a sheer endless amount of cheeky edits, dipping into Baile Funk, Jersey Club and Footwork. They will be joined by White Prata, an affiliate of Mamba Negra, Brasil’s most important queer rave, who will be dishing out a hardware live set of her signature blend of Hard Acid, Hard Dance and Hard Baile. On top of that we’re welcoming SIM - hailing all the way from Montreal, he’s been leading a wave of producers taking in influences of Dancehall and UK Bass culture, turning them into an exiting new sound, as heard on his debut EP via TSVI’s Nervous Horizon label. This monumental line-up wouldn’t be whole without showcasing some of Prague’s most exciting young talents as well - debuting at Hyper Real are Kaa Glo, already revered as one of Prague’s most promising DJs pushing new styles of Gabber and Cereal Inc co-founder and emerging producer Domizako, well-situated between shimmering Hyper Pop, ethereal Reggaeton and good old Techno. They will be joined by Mudaki, already a Hyper Real regular and one of the pillars of the Czech bass music scene, probably wrapping up the night with an masterclass in DnB and Jungle. It’s a lot, its going to be legendary, you will have to come to the rave.
